Facility	Yukinosato Information Center

The center opened in 1997 using part of a building from a national research agency established in 1933, which was saved and restored. The center has about 42,000 items related to "Snow Country" areas of heavy snowfall and the economy of agricultural villages. Information about the “Snow Country” is conveyed through various seminars and gallery exhibits.
