Displayed are records and items linked to the history and culture of the area around Dewa-sanzan, the three sacred mountains of Dewa. A must-see is the video that introduces the festivals and ascetic practices of the mountain monks of Dewa-sanzan in a way that is easy to understand. You can try blowing a conch-shell horn ( horagai ) yourself, which is used by the mountain monks.
