Nanyo Municipal Yuzuru-no-sato Cultural Heritage Museum, House of Storytellers
This museum opened in 1993 to hand down to future generations folk stories such as “The Grateful Crane” that have been passed down in the region in an oral tradition. In the House of Storytellers, visitors can enjoy old tales recounted by storytellers. Exhibited at the museum are records of, and items used in, the silk-reeling industry when the industry was flourishing.
