Facility	Yamadera Goto Museum of Art

This private art gallery, up the hill across the valley from Risshakuji, was opened in Yamadera in 1994 to exhibit the collection of Suejiro Goto, a native of Yamagata Prefecture. European paintings of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries and a room stunningly showcasing Art Nouveau glass art are among the permanent exhibits.
