Facility	Mogami Tokunai Memorial Museum

An explorer in the Edo period, Mogami Tokunai explored Hokkaido and the Kuril Islands nine times, drawing maps and reporting the findings from his expeditions. He made friends with the Ainu people and Russians. The material displayed here commemorates his great exploits.
