Use of Collection Material

Use of Collection Material

　Visitors to the Yamagata Prefectural Museum may check out material from the display cases, storage or libraries, etc., and may observe, copy, rub, measure or photograph these as long as you follow certain restrictions which the Museum has placed on their use. In addition, with permission from the Museum Director, you may borrow them and take them outside of the museum . Using material from our collection in printing or publishing is also permitted if you follow due procedures. 
　If you wish to use collection material as described above, please call us at the Curatorial Section and apply with the following forms.

　 Please follow the procedures designated by the Museum if you want to use material in our collection outside of the display cases, storage, or libraries within the Museum.

　In principle, use of collection material outside of the Museum is not allowed. For exceptions, you may apply to the Museum Director who may permit the use of collection material outside of the Museum for the public benefit.
